“They shouldn’t have debated if they already knew they would stalemate and shut down the government.”

“They did it all for naught. If something had come out of it, fine, but it was like kids slap fighting.”

“As a veteran it made me afraid they’d take my healthcare benefits away. The way they handled it was extremely scandalous like the government has commitment issues.”
