Thanks to the help of Amarillo College staff and students, the Ranger is participating in No Shave November to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.
According to the ACC No Shave November serves “to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free.”
Donations are used to invest in cancer research and provide free information and services to cancer patients and their caregivers.
Those participating in our fundraising team include: Daniel M. Esquivel – Hinkson Memorial Campus Executive Director, Monty Downs – Theater Instructor, Jay Sawyer – Speech Instructor and Quintin Marquez – student.
