  1. My greatest gift from this summer session was a professor who did not allow me to give up or just walk away. Professor Sharla McUne is one of the most talented people I have had the pleasure of being acquainted with she is a true educator. I have an Intellectual disability and things can get overwhelming for me pretty quick. Professor McUne allowed me to feel the feeling, then step back and clear my mind, take a deep breathe then it would come to me. Surprisingly it did the occasion when I felt overwhelmed in BCIS I wanted to give up but she never let me quit. Amarillo College is Amazing thank you.
