In reality, being happy and healthy is a struggle in itself. It’s hard to be happy and healthy on top of everything else. Depression is one of the hardest battles dealt with, and antidepressants are not always the solution to happiness.
For the majority of my life, I have been on antidepressants. Being on and off them and on them again takes a toll on the mind and body. Life truly has been a roller coaster ride.
